How it works
From scattered records
to considered decisions.
A simple rhythm: receive, review and reconcile. Keep the source beside the question, and the business beside its books.
Three steps. No shortcuts around evidence.
- 01
Receive & organize
Start with a business and add the account by statement. Keep the original records; statement file import is unavailable.
- 02
Review the uncertain
Inspect the source and decide the right treatment. A question about a payment is not a verdict that it is wrong.
- 03
Reconcile with context
Compare the available evidence, keep differences visible and check what is missing before relying on a report. Complete financial reporting is still in development.
One example, with context
A record isn’t the end of the question.
The sample supplies payment has a description and an amount. Its business purpose may still need review. That uncertainty does not erase the event.
A missing source is not a zero balance. An unresolved item is not a finished report. The example keeps both distinctions visible.

Know the limits of the source.
Can I upload a bank statement file?
Importing a bank statement file is unavailable. You can add the account by statement; nothing already imported is changed. Keep the original records.
Does a flag mean something is wrong?
No. A flag is a reason to inspect the evidence. It may reflect timing, incomplete information or an unusual payment.
What happens when evidence is incomplete?
Do not treat an unavailable figure as zero or a partial view as a complete statement. Check the business, period, source and qualification before relying on a figure.
Is this automatic accounting or tax filing?
No. Complete financial reporting is still in development. This workflow does not promise an automatic close, tax filing or replacement for your accountant.
Your next step
Start with the records. Keep the context.
Start with one business. Get to know the workflow and its current limits before you rely on the books.
