1 · Create your account

Open the sign-up page and follow the steps shown for your environment. Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before accepting them.

Complete the verification steps presented to you. If you cannot finish sign-in or verification, contact support without sharing a password or verification code.

2 · Add a business

Give each business its own identity and books. A second legal entity is a second business, not a second name for the same set of records.

Personal accounting stays separate. Personal purchases must not be folded into a business total.

Where the sample-business option is available, load a sample business, look around, and remove it in one press. Sample records are fictional and the sample business does not count toward your plan.

3 · Add your bank accounts

Connecting a bank directly is not available. Add the account by statement: the bank, a name, the last digits and the balance on a date you state. Importing a bank statement file is unavailable, and nothing already imported is changed.

Your bank username and password stay with your bank. ProfitSaver.ai does not ask for either.

4 · Keep credit cards in context

A credit card carries a liability, not cash. A card purchase and a payment of the card balance are different events; paying the balance is not a second expense.

Keep the original statements. Do not assume a statement has been imported or reconciled because an account exists. Follow the availability and processing state shown in the app.

5 · AI document reading is unavailable

AI document reading is retired. No model reads the documents or statements you add, and nothing is extracted or suggested from them by a model.

You are never asked for an API key, and nothing is billed to you by a model provider.

6 · Email ingest is unavailable

Forwarding receipts from a mailbox is unavailable. Nothing sent to the old ingest address is accepted or stored, so keep the originals in your mailbox. Existing ingest tokens can still be revoked under Settings; new ones are not issued.

Adding documents online is not yet available; keep the originals.

7 · Plans and limits

$499 per business, each month, with every account in it included. Your personal books come with any business, and stay out of business totals.

Only personal books? $99 a month for up to 10 accounts. The trial is 60 days free with no card.
